Glen Leigh Trail Canvas Print

Ricketts Glen State Park is my favorite place to go for photographing waterfalls and cascades. I like walking along and photographing Kitchen Creek during the Fall. If you hike the 3.2 mile loop of the Falls Trail, you will hike both the Gangoa Glen and Glen Leigh sides of the trail There are eight named waterfalls on the Glen Leigh section of the trail and ten named waterfalls on the Ganoga Glen section of the trail and three more named waterfalls shortly below Waters Meet.

My love of the outdoors and interest in photography goes back many years. I've always enjoyed photographing landscapes and nature and sharing what I've seen with other people. Like many photographers, I was never happy with the processing done at my local lab and my interest in photography dipped for several years until the advent of digital cameras. I was extremely excited about digital photography and jumped on the opportunity to go digital with a Nikon D300, my first digital camera. My enthusiasm for photographing the outdoors was back and have been enjoying it immensely. When the Nikon D800 with its full frame sensor was released, I upgraded.
